When you first arrive at Apex Taekwondo Center of Fishers – all you need are some comfy athletic clothes and a water bottle. We’ve got the rest covered.

You might be nervous about your first class. That’s perfectly normal! As soon as you see how kind and welcome the instructors and other students are – that nervousness turns into excitement. 

No matter your fitness level, you can train here. In self-defense – adults are in a group environment, but every one of us is on our own unique journey. You can go at your own pace. Some advance faster, others slower. That’s okay.

Absolutely. While there is no ‘cure’ for ADD or ADHD, it can be managed. Our Fishers adults self-defense classes help you develop the tools you need to maintain focus & concentration.
